The Senior Facilities/Building Services Coordinator oversees daily facilities operations, including work order management, inspections, vendor coordination, and maintenance documentation to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable workplace. This role supports space planning and employee moves, maintains safety and compliance programs, provides emergency management support, and assists with workplace services, supplies, and small facilities projects. The position requires hands-on experience with facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical building systems.

The position will be based in the Chicagoland area at the GTI Energy Headquarters and requires on‑site presence Monday through Friday. Additional on‑site attendance may be required to support operational or safety needs.
The salary range for this position is $31.25- $39.25 USD Hourly. This hourly range is GTI Energy’s good faith estimate, and the actual hourly/salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, GTI Energy’s business or organizational needs and an individual’s relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus. The range listed is just one component of GTI Energy’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
