About the Role
Join CBRE's Facilities Management team and play a key role in creating an exceptional workplace experience for one of our clients in the financial services sector. Based on-site in Irvine, CA, this exciting opportunity offers a blend of operations, client interaction, and facilities coordination in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you'll be a trusted partner to the Facilities Manager, helping drive daily operations, coordinate vendors and service providers, manage work orders, and respond to client needs. While much of the role is focused on coordination and administrative support, you'll also have the opportunity to get out into the field by conducting quarterly site inspections at locations throughout the Irvine area.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $33.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $36.06 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
