Job Details

We're looking for a more senior matrimonial attorney to strengthen and help lead a growing family law practice. If you're an experienced family lawyer who wants to step into a firm with an established, top-tier matrimonial reputation and room to make it your own, we'd like to talk.

What We're Looking For:

• Substantial family law / matrimonial experience
• Someone ready to take on complex cases with significant independence
• Interest in helping shape and grow a department
• Candidates across the broader region are welcome — we care about fit and quality over exact geography

Location & Comp: Central New Jersey. Compensation is competitive and calibrated to experience

What You'll Do:

• Manage your own caseload of matrimonial and family law matters
• Handle client meetings, court appearances, motions, and negotiations
• Take on increasing responsibility and autonomy as you grow
