We are seeking a self-motivated Sr. Field Engineer to design, implement, and support advanced communication systems, with extensive travel (>75%).
Responsibilities include collaborating on system design, onsite and remote configuration, overseeing installations, troubleshooting RF, network, and server issues, conducting acceptance testing, optimizing performance, and providing detailed reporting.
Requires strong RF and networking expertise, experience with Motorola systems, test equipment proficiency, and the ability to operate under pressure.
Qualifications include 6+ years in RF, telecom, or related fields, knowledge of server virtualization, networking, and radio systems, and excellent communication skills.
Additional requirements: U.S. citizenship, valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and ability to obtain security clearance. Salary range: $90,000-$110,000. Benefits include bonuses, health plans, 401K, paid time off, and more.
