As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing consideration, acquisition, and adoption of Amazon Business within Enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to concept and deliver integrated marketing programs including account based marketing campaigns and other field marketing campaigns such as tradeshows, sponsorships, webinars, direct mail, executive events, content and sales enablement. To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Sales and Marketing at Amazon Business and pan-Amazon teams such as AWS to align and implement strategies. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in field marketing and account based marketing campaign leadership. Field marketing includes annual strategic planning, tactical calendar planning and execution across 1st party events, 3rd party events, webinar creation, direct mail, and executive engagement programs. Candidate should be capable of being strategic and tactical. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution. The individual will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and will have a track record of on-time delivery of projects. Key job responsibilities

Develop the marketing strategy to reach and engage C-suite and decision makers, across enterprise accounts, through bespoke, 1-to-1, and 1-to-few Account Based Marketing campaigns and initiatives

Collaboratively create Executive Engagement initiatives such as Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Briefings, Executive Dinners

Own planning and execution of bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, Sponsorships across client, trade and association publications, etc.

Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external media agencies and partners

Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes

A day in the life

The Sr Field Marketing Manager is the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing teams. They will dive deep with Sales to understand key business priorities, and work hand-in-hand with extended marketing teams such as digital, content, and channel marketing teams to create and then execute an integrated marketing plan that supports those priorities. They will act as the single point of contact for all of Marketing, driving visibility of upcoming initiatives to Sales, and reporting back campaign impact.
