About the Job:
This role is responsible for field activation, engagement, and adoption of new and existing marketing capabilities, including campaigns, content, turnkey programs, tools, and other solutions. This role equips and enables field leaders, advisors, and their teams to effectively apply marketing in their practices through targeted communications, training, resources, and engagement strategies. This role builds effective working relationships with the field to deliver exceptional results and service.
What You'll Do:
Strategy Execution: Creates and executes marketing plans and programs to build awareness, equip stakeholders and meet other business objectives.
Field Engagement and Insights: Serves as a connector between the field and enterprise Marketing by capturing field needs, feedback, mindsets, and barriers to inform activation plans and program improvement; uses data and insights to make recommendations and decisions.
Program Management: Oversees the ongoing management of marketing programs to drive adoption amongst the field.
Field Enablement: Develops and delivers field-ready communications, training, resources, and toolkits that help advisors and field teams understand and apply marketing capabilities in practice.
Change Management: Plans and executes field rollout and change management strategies for marketing initiatives, including pilot design, readiness planning, stakeholder feedback, and adoption support.
Marketing Effectiveness: Uses data and insights to optimize marketing plans and programs; and leverage best practices when consulting.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
5+ years of experience in a Marketing role.
Experience in executing cross-functional projects
Experience applying change management frameworks, such as Prosci/ADKAR, to drive awareness, understanding, adoption, and sustained use of capabilities, tools, or programs.
Experience leading projects and programs by defining objectives, requirements, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success measures to guide execution.
Experience in applying project management discipline to identify risks, assess their impact, manage dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
Ability to influence cross-functional partners and advocate for field needs to support practical solutions, effective rollout plans, and a strong field experience.
Strong understanding of full funnel marketing and how it enables sales. Understanding of marketing and target audience to assess needs, trends, and opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth category environment.
Effectively communicates (written and verbal) in interactions with key stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
Can effectively present complex information in a way that is understood by audience.
Successfully delivers against timelines and within budget.

Skills You Have:
Adaptive Communication: Formulates strategies to be used to convey complex information about services, products, systems, or processes to targeted audiences; communicates and liaises between technical and non-technical audiences.
Change Management: Acts as an advocate for change as well as identifying gaps/issues that should be addressed to deliver optimal client/field experiences. Leads change management, when driving technology or process improvements, applying relevant change acceleration, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management methodologies and best practices.
Analyzes business trends and current state to develop a case for change that aligns with business strategy. Implements plans and strategies to manage organizational and behavioral changes by aligning leaders and engaging impacted stakeholders.
Consulting: Connects with stakeholders to understand and gain specific information to help resolve customer problems in a given domain. Communicates effectively intent to customers, solicits customer requirements, utilizes domain knowledge and collaborates with the right stakeholders.
Cross Functional Partnering & Planning: Facilitates collaboration, communication, coordination, and planning with individuals and teams from different functions within the organization, and who have different areas of expertise, to achieve common goals.
Field Advocacy: Serves as an advocate and liaison of the field to produce meaningful interactions with the field that increase awareness and satisfaction with products and services; brings a field-centric mindset to value creation, prioritization, sequencing, and/or design of digital product enhancements, to maximize value to the field and increase the effectiveness of adoption.
Writing & Editing: Creates and edits persuasive content so that it is appealing, understandable, or relatable to the intended audience; Has knowledge of the variety of formats, styles, and techniques for developing and reviewing materials.
