We are seeking an energetic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team as a vital financial partner to global functional leaders. Reporting directly to Sr. Director Finance, Global Functions, this high-visibility role places you at the center of corporate decision-making, supporting key functions including  Marketing, Digital Data & Analytics, Finance and HR. What makes this role uniquely exciting is the opportunity to directly influence resource allocation across international teams and lead high-impact, business-critical scenarios that shape the company’s broader strategy. The primary objective of this role is to maximize capital efficiency and strategic value across supported corporate functions by optimizing annual budgets, identifying growth opportunities, and driving dynamic resource redeployment.

What you'll do

  • Participate in the monthly close including journal entries, variance analysis and reporting

  • Analyze and report financial information relating to YTD actuals and trend vs. Budget/LE on a monthly basis to heads of departments supported

  • Facilitate any external & internal audits of operations by providing requested information and execute any recommendations 

  • Support the development and reporting of Funding the Growth (FTG) initiatives 

  • Ensure adequate internal controls are in place and that activities are SOX compliant

  • Provide functions supported with scenarios and ad-hoc financial projections for new projects, initiatives, etc.

  • Support indirect procurement during negotiations of major contracts 

  • Work closely with Colgate business service centers in Warsaw, Mumbai and Mexico

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred (Finance or Accounting), CPA a plus
  • 5+ years of Finance experience
  • Past exposure should include budget & planning;  Prior audit experience is a plus

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills as the position will be interacting with members of functions supported Management Team
  • Team Player, with the ability to develop working relationships with business partners located across the globe
  • Strong Analytical Skills with in depth knowledge of Accounting and Internal Control practices


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
