Role: Sr. Financial Associate w/ Regulation W

Location: Remote (EST Hours)

Term: 3 Months +

Position Overview

The Finance Analyst Associate is responsible for evaluating, documenting, and supporting approvals related to transactions between the bank and its affiliated entities. This role requires strong experience with Regulation W and the ability to interpret and apply operating policies in a real-world business context.

You will work closely with finance, business, and compliance stakeholders to ensure transactions are structured and documented in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage intake of transaction-related inquiries, including triaging requests and providing initial guidance and next steps
  • Partner with business and functional teams to prepare documentation for transactions requiring review under TWA operating policy
  • Support data collection and analysis for regulatory limit monitoring and reporting
  • Prepare and maintain monthly KPI reporting related to transaction activity and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate and support governance forums, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting outcomes, and tracking approvals
  • Maintain and enhance internal procedure documentation to ensure alignment with evolving policies and regulatory expectations
  • Contribute to special projects, including process improvements and support for new business or strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in finance, accounting, or regulatory environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Regulation W and affiliate transaction frameworks
  • Experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or financial controls within a banking or financial services environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
