Job Description

Our global Finance organization spans FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Audit, Investor Relations, Strategy & Corporate Development, and Accounting - offering strong cross-functional partnership and career growth opportunities.

We are seeking a Finance Senior Manager to lead financial planning and business partnering for our Florence, South Carolina site. This role leads a team of 7 and partners directly with the site VP/GM. You will have full financial ownership of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, while providing actionable insights to drive performance, optimize operations, and strengthen financial discipline.

What you will do

  • Lead all core planning processes, including AOP, QBRs, STRAP, and MBRs in a matrixed environment
  • Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis (revenue, gross margin, OPEX, KPIs, CAPEX)
  • Deliver data-driven insights and decision support using advanced analytics
  • Assess performance against key metrics and clearly communicate risks, opportunities, and business drivers
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise executive-level communications and presentations
  • Partner closely with operations leadership to identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team

Minimum Requirements

  • Advanced degree with 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and analytics

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities (advanced Excel)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent), Hyperion, and PowerPoint
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success as a business partner in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Travel

  • Approximately 10%-25% domestic and/or international travel
