Sr. Financial Analyst III

Max Pay Rate:$45/hr

Hybrid Onsite 3 Day a week in Cedar Rapids, IA (In office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)

Initial 1-year contract with possibility of extension

Responsibilities

Provide financial reporting and analysis support across the Financial Reporting organization to ensure adequate resourcing for U.S. GAAP dry runs, financials statements, and business as usual activities. Responsibilities include IFRS quarterly close, financial analysis, management reporting, cross-functional initiatives, and special financial reporting projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years with Financial reporting and analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience supporting accounting/reporting processes using US GAAP such as dry runs, financial statements, and business as usual activities
• Experience supporting IFRS quarterly and yearly close activities and quarterly reporting cycles
• Ability to analyze financial results, perform variance analysis, and deliver management reporting
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and special projects
