Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst at HEYDUDE is responsible for playing a key role in supporting the Brand team on implementing plans that will support the building of operating expense forecasts/budgets. This person will mainly support our Brand Marketing team while helping consolidate HEYDUDE Financials for Enterprise level presentations. This is a highly visible position across multiple areas of the business, and the candidate must have a great sense of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What Youll Do

  • Develop monthly presentations to highlight financial results and business drivers to management
  • Analyze monthly results in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior year, proactively finding opportunities for improvement
  • Build Brand Marketing ROI's supporting innovation and Commercial launches
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Partnerships team to build ROIs for potential new partnerships
  • Build and improve completed financial models to drive business decisions and improvements in planning and forecasting
  • Establish strong, collaborative working relationships, maintaining ongoing consistent communications with business partners

What Youll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business administration, finance or economics
  • 5+ years of related/applicable experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
  • Expert in building models for analysis
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
