Meyer Utility Structures is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be an integral part of the business unit finance team to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives. We are looking for someone to perform a variety of financial analyses, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. This role will help turn raw data into insights that will drive process improvements. The successful Financial Analyst will be an ultimate collaborator, teaming up with various departments and plant locations to support our growing organization.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide insights to drive informed decision-making and strong financial performance, and support financial close activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of transactions, and identifying key variance drivers.
Responsibilities
- Provide insights to drive informed decision-making and strong financial performance
- Support financial close activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of transactions, and identifying key variance drivers
- Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Identify and implement processes and improvements in planning, analysis, reporting, and monitoring of both financial and non-financial measures
- Lead finance process improvements and standardization opportunities across the manufacturing sites
- Work within ERP environment to ensure effective and accurate recording of system-related transactions and reporting
- Support ongoing development and oversight of financial systems
- Ensure control work is consistent across the manufacturing sites and executed in compliance with company policies and GAAP requirements
- Proactively learn and adopt new systems and tools to automate, streamline, and integrate processes
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by finance and business leadership
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting - CPA or CMA is a plus
- 8+ years experience in finance/accounting with 2+ years experience specific to a manufacturing/job costing environment
- Must have outstanding attention to detail and strong process orientation with continuous improvement mentality
- Ability to interact cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across the U.S. and Mexico
- Thorough knowledge of business process analysis and internal controls
- Excellent MS Excel skills and experience with Power BI and/or OneStream preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (i.e., Oracle, IFS, JEE, SAP, etc.)
