    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Participate in finance and accounting department functions and provide support and assistance to Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, General Accounting and External Reporting.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Support annual budget and monthly forecast processes by creating templates, upload files, summaries, and reports
    • Help prepare presentations for senior leadership including Board of Directors meetings
    • Support commercial finance leaders through analysis, data organization, and ad hoc projects
    • Analyze sales volume, pricing, cost structure, and other metrics to maximize profitability
    • Work with information technology systems including Microsoft D365, Power BI, and Atlas
    • Assist in the preparation of forms 10-K and 10-Q with the SEC
    • Support the Company’s ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiative
    • Supply internal or external audit team with information and analysis as required
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports (income and departmental statements) for management review
    • Prepare account analysis as needed
    • Follows all safety policies and procedures including use of safety equipment (PPE) and equipment safeguards

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BS in Finance (MBA a plus)
    • Some experience (including relevant internships)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Build solid working relationships and partner closely with peers, business, functional and finance teams
    • Strong business sense, attention to detail and a strong desire to grow professionally are keys to success in this challenging position
    • Understands implicitly how to manage and work with multiple and diverse stakeholders
    • Articulate with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
    • Collaborative team player, excellent interpersonal, and team-building skills
