Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate is comfortable diving deep into financials, working cross-functionally, translating data into insights, and supporting executive-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting process, monthly and quarterly reforecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Help develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives, investments, and strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results to budget and forecast and provide variance analysis with actionable insights
- Partner with business leaders across departments (Sales, Operations, etc.) to drive financial accountability and performance
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership
- Support board materials, investor reporting, and ad hoc analyses
- Improve and streamline financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reporting outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or investment analysis
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling (advanced formulas, scenario analysis)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
