Were looking for a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to serve as the primary finance partner for a multi-line business unit. This role owns forecasting, budgeting, and planning across several lines of business and works closely with senior leadership to drive financial insights and accountability.

Were looking for a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to serve as the primary finance partner for a multi-line business unit. This role owns forecasting, budgeting, and planning across several lines of business and works closely with senior leadership to drive financial insights and accountability.
What Youll Do
- Act as the dedicated FP&A partner for a portfolio of 5 business lines (including HOA, Mortgage Services, Consumer Digital, and others)
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning processes
- Partner with business leaders to analyze direct and indirect expenses and explain variances month-over-month
- Provide insights into internal pricing and cost impacts (incl. asset/liability considerations)
- Ensure adherence to a structured monthly forecast cycle (multi-step processes)
- Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights
- 37 years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, or business analytics
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts (banking/interest rate exposure a plus)
- Ability to communicate confidently with Senior Leadership / C-suite
- Comfortable presenting insights and standing behind recommendations
- Skilled at simplifying complex data into clear, concise takeaways
- Primarily internal, non-customer-facing role
- High visibility with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
