Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for routine and ad-hoc tasks including, but not limited to those outlined below. Position performs quantitative analysis and support for the Finance Department and Workforce Health Solutions Business Partners.Responsibilities: Support Finance Manager & Operations in providing financial insights and analytical support including owning projects, meeting timelines, and developing relationships with Local and Corporate stakeholdersAnnual budgeting & monthly forecastingMonth end variance analysis, close calls and reporting packages/presentationsAssist Centralized Accounting/ Revenue Control with Month-End Close, accrual analysis, financial and operational metricsPartner with Functional Operations team to drive efficienciesAd-hoc analysis to support and provide insight around key business decisionsDevelop key financial reporting, analytics and automationPrepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to assess performance and inform outlook trendingOther duties as assigned by Finance ManagerQualifications: Education:BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting/EconomicsWork Experience:Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experienceOther:Strong Customer Service & Communication skillsIntellectual curiosity & high self-starting abilityStrong Excel skills & knowledge of Cognos and ESSBASE/PeopleSoft a plusPower-point and PowerBI / Tableau experienceAbility to communicate and collaborate with wide variety of audiences (including senior leadership)Organizational, Multi-Tasking & Decision-making skillsBusiness Partnering & Relationship Development63751Quest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
