Senior Financial Systems Developer & Administrator (OneStream) Metro Detroit | Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 remote)
We're partnering with a global manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Financial Systems Developer & Administrator to own and enhance its OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT to support financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and system enhancements while serving as the technical expert for the OneStream environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize the OneStream platform across Development, Test, and Production environments
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, business rules, and other OneStream components
Manage security, metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, and application migrations
Support integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems
Troubleshoot application, consolidation, and data integration issues
Lead system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with Finance leadership to identify automation opportunities and improve business processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and change management processes
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on OneStream administration and development experience
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and close processes
Experience with OneStream Business Rules, Dashboards, Cube Views, Workflows, and Transformation Rules
SQL experience required; VB.NET/C# experience is a plus
Knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS, intercompany accounting, and multi-currency environments
Experience supporting enterprise financial applications and data integrations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred:
OneStream certification
Experience with Account Reconciliations, Journal Entry Manager (JEM), Task Manager, and Solution Exchange
Experience supporting global organizations
