Sparks Group has partnered with a renowned government transportation contractor to seek a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support Oracle Cloud Financials implementation initiatives through comprehensive functional testing across core financial modules. This individual will play a key role in validating business processes, executing end-to-end testing, managing defects, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Accounts Payable and Expense Management, along with experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute functional test plans, test cases, and end-to-end testing for Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including Unit, System Integration (SIT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
  • Validate business processes across Accounts Payable, Expense Management, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process integrity.
  • Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) testing while validating financial data, integrations, and reporting.
  • Identify, document, track, and resolve testing defects using JIRA while partnering with business users, SMEs, and technical teams to drive timely resolutions.
  • Support data validation, system integrations, and reporting efforts to ensure successful Oracle Cloud Financials implementation and production readiness.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials functional testing experience.
  • Strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable and Expense Management, with working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management.
  • Proven experience executing the full software testing lifecycle, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Financials business processes, module integrations, defect management, and data validation using Oracle reports and testing tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Oracle ERP implementation or transformation projects is highly preferred.
