Key responsibilities include:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
FME
proficiencies in converting spatial formats based on process flow requirements<\/span>
<\/p>
Ability to ingest and transform common data formats
for tabular and geospatial information.<\/span>
<\/p>
Working knowledge of software asset control in GitHub.<\/span>
<\/p>
Ability to execute and troubleshoot SQL queries in a
PostGIS database.<\/span>
<\/p>
Experience with Postgres spatial functions, using
pgAdmin, MySQL, or other sql databases.<\/span>
<\/p>
Demonstrated ability to perform open -source research
with a variety of search tools and techniques.<\/span>
<\/p>
Experience with database manipulation using python
(pandas), R, or other language.<\/span>
<\/p>
Experience working with datasets in JSON file format.<\/span>
<\/p>
Familiarity
with regex and hive.
<\/p>
Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Technical
experience in FME Software, and QGIS will be added advantage.<\/span>
<\/p>
Strong
understanding of working on various GIS and Non GIS formats<\/span>
<\/p>
Analytical
mindset with an innovative approach to solving issues<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>
<\/p>
Required Competencies/Experience:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
5 years practical experience in developing FME
workbench models.<\/span>
<\/p>
1 year experience in successfully delivering FME
workflows for Apple Maps.<\/span>
<\/p>
Experience working on
Maps related program for Large Map development companies is a must.
<\/p>
Has experience working on digital map production
environment and responsible for Delivery and Quality functions.<\/span>
