Venteon Finance is currently seeking a Senior FP&A & Revenue Financial Analyst for a leading property management company in the Metro-Detroit area. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the continued growth and financial performance of our senior housing portfolio. This role is designed for a highly technical, Excel-savvy financial professional who can independently build complex models, design scalable reporting, and translate large volumes of data into actionable insights.


Requirements of the Senior FP&A & Revenue Financial Analyst

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 6 10+ years of progressive FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics experience.

  • Advanced to expert-level Excel skills, including complex formulas, large datasets, and scenario modeling.

  • Proven experience building long-range financial models and acquisition pro formas.

  • Strong systems aptitude and ability to work across multiple data platforms.


Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A & Revenue Financial Analyst

  • Lead development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, and 3 5 year financial plans for potential new acquisition sites as needed at the community and portfolio level.

  • Build detailed financial models and pro formas for potential acquisitions, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.

  • Serve as FP&A s primary resource for revenue and pricing strategy.

  • Analyze market conditions, competitive pricing, internal sales performance, and occupancy trends.

  • Develop tools to evaluate rate increases, promotions, concessions, and product mix by community and care level.

  • Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend pricing adjustments.

  • Design and build complex, scalable reporting from scratch, primarily in Excel.

  • Own KPI definitions, calculations, and consistency across financial and operational reporting.
