Should have 5+ years of experience Build and maintain reusable Web Components using modern JavaScript and Lit (Must) or Ember.js and plain JavaScript, Web Components, and web accessibility standards Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces that comply with WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards Implement UI enhancements that improve usability, performance, and maintainability Troubleshoot and resolve front-end defects with minimal supervision Apply consistent styling and contribute to scalable front-end architecture and component libraries Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences Support integration with Ruby on Rails applications, including working with YAML configuration files as needed Participate in accessibility reviews and implement remediation recommendations Contribute to component documentation, coding standards, and knowledge sharing across the development team
