We're seeking a highly driven Sr. Full Stack BI Engineer to build next-generation data products that transform how our internal teams and external partners consume insights. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, BI, and full-stack development, focused on creating a unified "Cockpit" experience that eliminates fragmented reporting and delivers intuitive, real-time, actionable intelligence. This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in full stack development (frontend + backend) in a data-driven environment.
Proven expertise in data visualization and UX/UI design for BI products.
Hands-on experience with Power BI / Microsoft Fabric. (required)
Experience with Looker (LookML) or similar BI platforms. (required)
Experience with Tableau. (strongly preferred); Cognos is a plus
Demonstrated experience with API integrations. (required)
Solid backend/data experience with data modeling, pipelines, and database design. (required)
Experience building embedded analytics solutions. (Looker Embed or similar strongly preferred)
Experience with modern cloud ecosystems. (GCP preferred)

Database: PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL)
Storage & Messaging: GCS, Pub/Sub
Integrations: REST APIs, Atlassian, AI services (Gemini)
Authentication: Okta / SSO
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. (Master's preferred)
5-8+ years of experience in BI engineering, data engineering, or full stack development.
Proven experience building end-to-end data products or analytics platforms.
Experience in enterprise or supply chain environments is strongly preferred.
This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
