Candidates must be located in or within a reasonable commute to Lansing, MI or Farmington Hills, MI for required onsite interviews and ongoing work.

No remote option. 4 days working onsite required.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer - AI-Assisted Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly. 

In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines. A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Hands on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot for code generate, debugging, and optimization
