Role Summary
The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for building and customizing websites and applications that enhance digital brand strategy and customer engagement. This role plays a key part in architecting and delivering scalable solutions that support seamless and high performing digital experiences.

You will work across front end and back end technologies, lead technical decision making, and collaborate closely with cross functional teams. This individual will help shape development standards, guide architecture decisions, and ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect, develop, and maintain full stack applications and digital platforms
• Build and customize web experiences that align with brand and eCommerce strategies
• Design and integrate third party APIs and develop custom backend functionality
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and business teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Lead code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance
• Support technical architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure alignment with established processes, brand standards, and product strategies

Key Requirements
• 4 or more years of full stack development experience with a track record of increasing responsibility
• Strong expertise in React frameworks and modern JavaScript development
• Experience with headless architectures, custom application development, and API integrations
• Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and performance optimization techniques
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern development frameworks
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and cloud environments including AWS and GCP
• Familiarity with serverless infrastructure and tools such as Cloudflare, SST, or Pulumi is preferred
• Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a structured corporate environment
