Pay Range: $50-$60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java
Build scalable and high-performance applications aligned with business needs
Work with AWS services to develop, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives
Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting
Support production deployments and resolve issues in a timely manner

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

2-6 years of experience required
Strong proficiency in Java and backend development frameworks
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform
Exposure to AWS development tools and services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.)
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
