Engineering Launch Manager wanted in Bowling Green, Kentucky to promote MAFACT benchmarks for World Class Manufacturing, lead continuous improvement and cost reduction activities, and manage program launches to ensure robust tooling and assembly design. Create scope and quote processes, maintain CPMP and procurement deliverables, lead engineering product-related non-conformances, and prepare necessary documentation. Participate in ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 activities, work safely and efficiently, coordinate activities to meet customer quality and delivery milestones, and assist in preventative/predictive maintenance setup. Support special material runs, maintain BGM build standards, provide product design input, develop and conduct training, lead continuous risk reduction and manufacturing excellence initiatives, and support Industry 4.0 projects; utilize knowledge of Class A metal stamped components and subassemblies to optimize manufacturing operations; implement lean manufacturing activities and design and develop products to meet customer engineering requirements for automotive underbodies and related components.M
