Seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications and reporting solutions for large-scale government and healthcare initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-enabled solutions using .NET Core, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and Azure technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-stack application development, legacy modernization, cloud platforms, Oracle-to-SQL Server migrations, DevOps automation, and enterprise reporting within government or regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#.

• Build modern frontend applications using React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and functions.

• Perform Oracle database integration and legacy data migration to SQL Server.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and data models.

• Design and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

• Troubleshoot production issues across the full technology stack.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.

• Convert legacy applications into modern web-based solutions.

• Transform and migrate legacy data into new enterprise platforms.

• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, architecture diagrams, and operational documentation.

• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and release planning.

• Monitor application performance, security, availability, and scalability.

• Support DevOps, governance, and production deployment activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum 14 years of Full Stack .NET development experience.

• Extensive experience with .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong experience with SQL Server, including data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.

• Experience with Oracle database development and Oracle-to-SQL Server migration.

• Extensive Power BI experience, including dashboards, paginated reports, and data transformation.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.

• Experience modernizing legacy applications into web-based solutions.

• Experience migrating enterprise data from legacy systems.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Texas State Agencies or other State Healthcare Agencies.

• Experience working within government or other regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
