Sr. GCP Infrastructure Manager
Location: Plano, Texas (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced senior leader to own and manage our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) supporting AI-driven use cases. This role is responsible for the strategy, governance, and roadmap of the internal cloud platform, focusing on platform delivery through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD. The ideal candidate is a people leader first, capable of managing and developing a team of senior engineers, operating in a cross-functional environment, and driving the platforms evolution to meet current and future business requirements.

Required Qualifications
Education: An undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of ten years of related work experience is required. This includes experience running a cloud or platform engineering team, managing senior technical engineers, and working in a large enterprise environment. Candidates must have experience delivering services that support IT development organizations.
Technical Skills: A strong background in AWS, Azure, or GCP ecosystems is required. The candidate should possess a working knowledge of cloud concepts, including networking, virtualization, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), storage, and compute services. Experience with governance, controls, and operating in an audit or regulatory environment is also necessary.

This position follows a hybrid work model, with a requirement of three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The role is based in the Dallas area, with potential for some travel to other team locations.
