About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate Banana Republic Factory’s email editorial and social media presence through thoughtful, consumer-driven creative. Reporting to the Director of Creative Marketing, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams and creative collaborators to deliver compelling, on-brand work that drives engagement and supports business objectives. This is an opportunity for a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional execution—someone who can translate strategy into impactful visual storytelling while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and execution of weekly creative across email editorial and social channels.
- Translate marketing briefs and seasonal direction into elevated, on-brand creative that aligns with brand codes.
- Partner with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to craft cohesive and engaging product storytelling.
- Manage projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage.
- Contribute to the evolution of creative strategy across channels by bringing forward fresh ideas, cultural awareness, and industry insights.
- Continuously refine workflows and collaborate with creative partners to improve efficiency and elevate output.
