About the role
 

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in brand enhancement through the creative conceptualization and execution of seasonal fashion campaigns. This includes having a talented eye for pulling fashion inspiration, creating compelling presentations, and providing support for editorial shoots from pre-production to post-production. This role also requires experience in print design, specifically for direct mail and catalog collateral. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have experience working in a similar in-house brand in the fashion/retail space.

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative seasonal campaigns from
• initial concept to final creative deliverables.
• Create compelling presentations for creative concepts
• Design print collateral, including direct mail and catalog pieces
• Offer smart and thoughtful creative solutions to a brief or project
• Ability to collaborate well with other designers, copywriters and marketing team
• Ability to successfully multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
• Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards
• Create and ideate social content as needed

You’ll bring to the role

• 3-5 years of experience at a similar brand in fashion/retail space or equivalent agency experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 
• Talented eye for identifying and curating fashion imagery inspiration
• Strong design and typography skills a must 
• In depth knowledge of digital design and how to apply an idea to each platform 
• Must be able to clearly articulate and present creative ideas 
• Must be comfortable with volume and fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process in a team environment
• Expert knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge of motion design is a plus

• The target salary range for this role is: $75,000 - $90,000*
• Hybrid:  This position works in a hybrid model, with required days worked in the LOFT office location in New York, NY defined by business needs
