    This isnt an HR role where you simply oversee processes from behind a desk. Youll be actively involved in recruiting great talent, coaching leaders, navigating employee relations, ensuring compliance, improving HR processes, and helping shape the employee experience across the organization.

    What Youll Do

    Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    • Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
    • Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
    • Deliver an organized, consistent onboarding experience
    • Monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements

    Employee Relations & Leadership Support

    • Coach leaders through employee relations matters and workplace issues
    • Conduct investigations and support corrective action and termination decisions
    • Apply company policies consistently and fairly
    • Resolve complex employee situations with professionalism and sound judgment

    HR Operations & Compliance

    • Support employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle
    • Manage onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and policy administration
    • Coordinate leave programs including Workers Compensation, TDI, FMLA, ADA, and accommodations
    • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
    • Identify risks and recommend practical solutions

    Business Partnership

    • Build strong relationships with employees and leaders across the organization
    • Support leadership development and accountability initiatives
    • Assist with workforce reporting and HR metrics
    • Partner with Payroll and Shared Services to ensure accurate employee information
    • Participate in special projects that improve the business

    What Were Looking For

    Required

    • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
    • Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
    • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
    • Ability to independently manage sensitive employee matters
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong business judgment and decision-making ability
    • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

    Preferred

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
    • Experience supporting construction, restoration, manufacturing, or other operational environments
    • Experience supporting multi-site or rapidly growing organizations
