Position: Sr. HR Generalist Position
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: M-F 8-5pm
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per / hour
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing bi-weekly payroll (seeking experience in TX, CA, LA)
- Manages full cycle benefits
- Responsible for answering questions for employees and form professional working relationships
Qualifications:
- 10+ years overall HR experience
- Prior experience processing payroll (ADP preferred)
- Industry experience in O&G, Construction, Petrochemical or Industrial required
