HRIS Analyst (Sr. HR Systems Analyst)
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid: In-office Tuesday–Thursday; WFH Monday & Friday)
10 months contract to hire
Experience: 3–6+ years HRIS experience; 3–5 years Dayforce required
Pay rate: $43.85/hr W2
Overview:
The HRIS Analyst will support the implementation, administration, and optimization of Dayforce for a newly independent, PE-backed organization. The role focuses on HR system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional support across payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Dayforce implementation, configuration, UAT, and post-go-live operations
Manage HRIS data accuracy, audits, security roles, and employee lifecycle workflows
Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and analytics
Troubleshoot system issues and drive process and system improvements
Partner with Payroll, Benefits, HR, IT, and Dayforce vendors to ensure system effectiveness
Education & Skills:
Bachelor's degree required (HR, IS, Business preferred)
Strong HRIS, data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Dayforce expertise strongly preferred
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Travel: ~10% domestic travel
