Search Solution Group is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) on behalf of our client, a home improvement company specializing in high-performance exterior and interior upgrades. This role is a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving HR initiatives that support business goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, and strengthen the employee experience across multiple client groups.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leadership and HR leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform strategic planning and data-driven decisions.
  • Align HR initiatives with organizational priorities to drive performance and employee engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex people-related matters.
  • Bridge HR and business units to ensure services meet the unique needs of each group.
  • Lead and support change management efforts, including workforce planning, restructuring, and leadership transitions.
  • Build insight into functional roles, responsibilities, and compensation structures.
  • Understand financial goals, budgets, and business drivers to align HR with operational success.
  • Lead succession planning and support leadership pipeline development.
  • Identify high-potential talent and partner on career growth strategies.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives aligned with culture and business strategy.
  • Support leadership development programs, executive coaching, and skill-building efforts.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational development strategies to improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Develop initiatives that enhance employee experience, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Champion practices that support a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Guide creation of individual development plans to support growth and performance.
  • Coach managers on performance issues and ensure consistent application of performance management processes.
  • Review, approve, and assist in drafting performance improvement plans (PIPs) for field employees.
Requirements IncludeEducation:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience:
  • Proven HRBP experience supporting senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives.
  • Experience leading organizational change and workforce planning.
  • Background in performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to multiple audiences.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership development capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution with a solutions-oriented approach.
Certifications:
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred but not required.
Knowledge:
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compensation strategies.
  • Familiarity with talent management frameworks, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
