Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities

  • Monitor the ticketing system queue for all RH and RFM inquiries, complete basic troubleshooting, gather pertinent information, and resolve or escalate all tickets as needed. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to lead change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective execution
  • Provide Tier I technical support for HR systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving RH and RFM specific problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Recommend best practices including process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and initiatives to automate and streamline system analysis, data integration, and reporting capabilities
  • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing RH and RFM HR team needs for yearly processes
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures, User Instructions, and process documentation
  • Keep current with technology trends while continuously increasing both HR and HRIS knowledge
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree
