Description

Job Title: Sr HRIS Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA - hybrid

Pay Rate: $110-125K

Employment Type: Direct Hire

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Sr HRIS Analyst for a rapidly growing enterprise in the marine and shipping industry which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in HRIS platform administration, reporting, and data management looking to further their career in HR systems and organizational modernization.

  • Design and optimize scalable HRIS solutions across reporting, compensation, onboarding, and integrations
  • Build advanced dashboards and reports to drive workforce analytics and HR business insights
  • Ensure data accuracy through audits, reconciliation, and continuous system optimization
  • Lead HRIS initiatives and partner cross-functionally on platform migrations and enhancements
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to HRIS team best practices and process improvements

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of HRIS administration and HR systems experience with strong background in compensation, benefits, and payroll operations
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Vantage, Dayforce) in multi-state, union, and multi-national environments
  • Bachelors degree and proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and advanced reporting solutions

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • SQL proficiency and advanced spreadsheet and data management skills
  • Global HRIS experience or multi-national program implementation background
  • Track record leading system modernization and organizational transformation initiatives
