- Manage and oversee HRIS platforms, with a primary focus on Workday and familiarity with other HR tools (ATS, LMS, performance management).
- Lead HR systems management with at least 7+ years of experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Ensure strong understanding and execution of HR processes and workflows, including talent management, payroll, and compliance.
- Work within a global SaaS or tech environment to support HR systems and related platforms.
- Hold certification in Workday or other major HRIS platforms.
- Position is onsite in Miami, FL (no remote options; locals only).
- 6-month contract-to-hire (CTH); no visa sponsorship available.
