Must-Have Skills:
Human Factors/usability validation study design & execution – hands-on moderator experience.
Use-Related Risk Analysis (URRA) – authoring and risk traceability.
Usability data analysis & report writing.
Experience with medical devices, preferably regulated/Class III products.
Formative and summative/HF validation experience.
Strong understanding of human factors engineering, usability testing, research methodologies, and risk management.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred.
