Sr Human Resources Analyst - Overland Park, KS - Contract W2/C2C - $32-42 Per HR
Join our team as a Sr Human Resources Analyst. This hybrid role involves developing recruitment strategies and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers, utilizing various recruiting tools and technologies to source top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize recruitment tools and resources to source potential candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Facilitate all stages of the candidate lifecycle from job creation through offer.
- Build strong partnerships with department heads and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- 2 years of related HR experience in interviewing and employment law.
- Strong sourcing experience in any industry.
- Experience with recruitment technology and tools.
- Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.
