A global leader in human capital consulting is hiring a Senior Human Resources Transformation (HRT) Consultant to join its Career team. You will lead high-impact HR transformation engagements that intentionally embed AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to accelerate value, improve decision-making, and modernize HR functions and operations. This role partners directly with mid-to-large organizations to shape and activate better workforce decisions with speed, confidence, and impact.
What You'll Own
- Develop business and client relationships, generating revenue through new client acquisitions and expanding engagements with mid-to-large organizations
- Lead client conversations regarding how AI and automation can unlock value for HR and the workforce across the entire employee lifecycle
- Create strategic solution proposals combining HR strategy, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities, negotiating scope and executing client contracts
- Serve as a local market representative for HR transformation, driving conversations around the future of an AI-native HR function (operating model design, digital employee experience, process redesign, technology enablement)
- Deliver client engagements end-to-end, managing project delivery teams, project economics, scope, timelines, and budgets
- Mentor junior consultants in modern HR practices, analytics, and AI adoption while providing continuous technical project guidance
- Contribute to firm thought leadership, methodology development, and go-to-market collateral integrating AI-driven HR transformation
- Collaborate across internal firm capabilities to promote highly integrated human capital solutions
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 8 years of external consulting experience delivering comprehensive HR transformation projects for mid-to-large organizations
- At least 10 years of formal program management experience directing large-scale, multi-stream projects
- Deep HR domain expertise across the employee lifecycle and how HR functions operate (recruiting, talent, rewards, performance, learning)
- Strong technical content knowledge in at least three of: AI-enablement, HR strategy, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, HR operating models, process redesign, and employee experience
- Hands-on deployment experience with core HRIS platforms (such as Workday or SuccessFactors) and shared services platforms (such as ServiceNow case/knowledge management)
- Demonstrated experience implementing digital automation (RPA), conversational AI/chatbots, and analytics or machine learning solutions in HR contexts
- Practical, consultative knowledge of generative AI/LLMs: use-case identification, prompt design, vendor assessment, data requirements, model validation, and safe deployment practices
- Proven commercial skills in business development, financial scoping, proposal writing, and presenting to executive stakeholders
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

- An advanced graduate degree (MBA, Master's, or PhD) in a related discipline
- Proven sales results and direct experience closing complex, AI-enabled enterprise transformation deals
- Demonstrated ability to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into pragmatic, ethical, and scalable HR outcomes
