Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. IFS Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting extensions and integrations within the IFS Cloud platform. This position requires a seasoned professional who can provide technical leadership across various IFS modules, ensuring that solutions are scalable and aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom extensions using IFS Cloud frameworks, including projection extensions, custom fields, and Aurena configurations.
- Maintain and optimize PL/SQL, IFS packages, and custom logic to ensure performance and compatibility with IFS Cloud updates.
- Create technical design documents and deployment instructions.
- Implement integrations using IFS REST/OData APIs and support real-time and batch integrations.
- Act as a technical authority for IFS Cloud development standards, ensuring quality and cloud compliance.
- Manage testing, deployments, and production support activities, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with IFS Applications/IFS Cloud development.
- Proven expertise in PL/SQL, IFS Business Logic, Aurena UI configuration, and IFS APIs.
- Experience in cloud/SaaS ERP environments and strong SQL/data modeling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IFS Cloud multi-tenant SaaS deployments.
- Involvement in IFS Cloud implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of data migration, reporting, or analytics within IFS.
- Experience in asset-intensive industries.
