Experienced Senior Industrial Engineer responsible for leading operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and process efficiency through data-driven analysis, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
5+ years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in a regulated or medical device manufacturing environment.
Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Hands-on experience with DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Root Cause Analysis.
Strong knowledge of process improvement, waste reduction, standardized work, and operational excellence.
Experience analyzing KPIs, operational metrics, process data, and statistical information.
Ability to lead continuous improvement projects from identification through implementation and sustainment.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
Ability to coach and train employees on Lean and Six Sigma tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, regulatory requirements, and medical device manufacturing practices preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Use statistical tools to support decisions.
