Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Program Manager to lead Industrial Engineering initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, work measurement, line balancing, labor optimization, and manufacturing transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Industrial Engineering teams supporting multiple manufacturing facilities.
Drive time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Perform video-based time studies, work breakdowns, and Yamazumi-based line balancing.
Support multi-model production, level loading, cycle-time reduction, and labor optimization.
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and TQM.
Identify opportunities for automation, robotics, material flow, warehouse optimization, and digital manufacturing.
Develop SOPs, standardized work, and process documentation.
Establish KPIs, analyze operational data, and track improvement results.
Manage project schedules, resources, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements.
Required Qualifications
7 15 years of Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments.
Strong experience with time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing.
Experience with Yamazumi charts, multi-model line balancing, and level loading.
Strong program/project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple improvement projects.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Automotive, truck, off-highway, or similar discrete manufacturing experience.
