Rate: $245k + annual target bonus + benefits
OVERVIEW:
Seeking a Senior Director of Information Security to lead and mature the organization's security program. This role will oversee security strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, incident response, and security operations while partnering with executives, legal, and technology leaders.

Seeking a Senior Director of Information Security to lead and mature the organization's security program. This role will oversee security strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, incident response, and security operations while partnering with executives, legal, and technology leaders.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the enterprise information security program and roadmap.
- Oversee governance, risk, compliance (GRC), security operations, and incident response.
- Develop and present security recommendations to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security professionals.
- Partner with technology, legal, and business leaders on security initiatives.
- Oversee IAM, vendor risk, and third-party security programs.
- Manage cybersecurity budgets, resources, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of information security or cybersecurity experience.
- Minimum eight (8) years of leadership experience.
- Strong background in GRC, security operations, incident response, risk management, and IAM.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards of directors.
- Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and related frameworks.
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCISO, or similar certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
