As an Insights and Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping Novartis teams unlock the power of data, generate actionable insights, and drive smarter commercial and marketing decisions.     About the Role

    Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver analytical reports and insights aligned with agreed service levels.Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable business recommendations.Manage analytical projects using a structured project management approach.Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery of all assignments.Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.Build and maintain knowledge repositories and reporting documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.Participate in knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and team capability-building initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.Essential RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.Experience in analytics, reporting, project management, or business operations.Experience working within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering against deadlines.Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation methodologies.Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.Desirable RequirementsExperience with Alteryx or similar analytics and automation platforms.Knowledge of marketing analytics, digital marketing, or commercial excellence processes.Why Novartis: Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people's lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
