• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after completion of training.

Summary: 

• Leads and coordinates Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects within the Aerospace business.

• Monitors project performance, identifies risks, and develops corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Creates and maintains Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear To Build reports and related planning tools.

• Uses SAP to analyze supply chain data, track project milestones, and support operational decision-making.

• Develops project tracking mechanisms, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance and progress.

• Collaborates with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

• Drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Prepares and presents project updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership.

• Supports problem-solving activities and facilitates cross-functional alignment to resolve operational challenges.

• Applies advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis for reporting.

Requirements:

• Ability to Obtain a security clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong SAP experience with the ability to analyze and manage supply chain data.

• Experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear To Build reports.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis and reporting.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred: Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.

• Preferred: Experience leading cross-functional project teams and knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain processes and operational metrics.
