Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple business functions.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes, preferably in a cross-functional/commercial environment.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, BRMs, IT Product Owners/Managers, and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional/business requirements and use cases.
• Experience analyzing data and trends and providing recommendations to improve products, processes, or services.
• Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects with limited supervision.
• Understanding of IT systems, software, technology concepts, data analysis tools, and data modeling methodologies.
• Experience with project/process management is a plus.
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week at Rice Creek East, Minneapolis, MN.
