LHH is partnering with a growing, global fintech company who is looking to hire a Sr. IT Engineer. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day IT support while also building and scaling internal systems, processes, and infrastructure.
What you'll do:
Provide end-to-end IT support for a global team across multiple regions
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues
Manage Microsoft 365 environment, identity/access, and device management tools
Oversee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset lifecycle
Support network infrastructure including VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity
Partner with leadership on IT strategy, security, and compliance initiatives
Help implement scalable processes and improvements as the company grows
Must have:
8+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint management
Hands-on experience with networking (Switches, servers, VPN, DNS, firewalls, wireless)
Experience supporting distributed or global teams
Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of IT operations
Strong communication skills and comfort working with leadership stakeholders
Additional Details:
Location: Fully Onsite (5 days a week) in Portland, OR
Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base (depending on experience)
Full-time, direct hire
