LHH is partnering with a growing, global fintech company who is looking to hire a Sr. IT Engineer. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day IT support while also building and scaling internal systems, processes, and infrastructure.

What you'll do:

  • Provide end-to-end IT support for a global team across multiple regions

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues

  • Manage Microsoft 365 environment, identity/access, and device management tools

  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset lifecycle

  • Support network infrastructure including VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity

  • Partner with leadership on IT strategy, security, and compliance initiatives

  • Help implement scalable processes and improvements as the company grows

Must have:

  • 8+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint management

  • Hands-on experience with networking (Switches, servers, VPN, DNS, firewalls, wireless)

  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams

  • Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of IT operations

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with leadership stakeholders

Additional Details:

  • Location: Fully Onsite (5 days a week) in Portland, OR

  • Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base (depending on experience)

  • Full-time, direct hire
