Sr IT Project Manager

Position Overview:

• 10+ years of IT/Technical Project Management experience with strong exposure to manufacturing/manufacturing engineering projects.
• Lead complex projects involving new manufacturing equipment, technology implementations, and enterprise systems.
• Medical Device, MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• Remote U.S. role, working primarily in Pacific Time Zone, with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large, cross-functional programs with 25+ team members across IT, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-implementation activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting manufacturing or manufacturing engineering initiatives, preferably new equipment projects.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-team programs and complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project governance skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Medical Device, MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Camstar/MES, or similar manufacturing applications.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• PMP certification is desirable but not required.
