Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Oracle, and RESTful API development, along with strong domain knowledge in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architectures to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design, develop, and deploy RESTful web services to enable seamless integration between enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams while fostering engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement Kafka-based streaming solutions for real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle and PL/SQL while ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Utilize Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks to develop modular, maintainable, and scalable applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
- Support application deployment, production troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
